DUTIES

• Preparation and processing of raw ingredients

• Preparing, flavouring, storing, portioning, and serving food

• Stock control

• Keeping the kitchen clean, checking the hygiene of tools and equipment

• Independent and reliable work

• Neat appearance

• Compliance with HACCP rules, clean and hygienic working methods
